These tips are;

• Tell stories rather than sticking solely to links or photos.
• Create a voice for yourself.
• Make everything easy to read and access.
• Sift through blogrolls and create your own.
• Widget your page.
• Comment early and often.
• Pray for a link from the big boys.
• Nominate yourself for awards.
• Post with verve and consistency.
• Join the crowd.
